The health and wellbeing of our students, graduates, exhibitors, suppliers, support staff and team members remains our top priority at the University of Adelaide. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and our response is shaped by the latest advice from Australian health authorities.

To prevent the spread of illness, the following protective measures will be in place:

  • QR codes will be posted at the venue for guests to scan and register contact information in case COVID-19 contact tracing is required.
  • COVID Marshall's will be in attendance to monitor and ensure social distancing in all walkways and high traffic areas.
  • Hand sanitisation stations will be available within the venue and will be identified by signage.
  • Regular event announcements will be conducted over the PA system to remind all guests to ensure hygiene considerations and social distancing measures are observed.
  • Guests that attend Careers Expo with COVID-19 symptoms (eg. fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat or headache) will not be permitted to enter the venue.

To prevent the spread of illness, we encourage you to follow these basic protective measures:

  • Practice good hygiene – wash and sanitise hands regularly.
  • Practice respiratory hygiene – cough into your elbow. Cover your nose with a tissue and dispose of the used tissue immediately.
  • Avoid contact with others (including handshaking, touching, kissing, hugging and other intimate contact).
  • Stay at home if you feel unwell.
