USEP Career Consultation Registration Form

This registration form is for students across all disciplines who identify as having a disability and are in their final year, or have recently graduated in the last 12 months. If you meet this eligibility criteria you are able to gain additional career advice and support to assist you with entering the workforce and finding employment.

You will have access to this support service in addition to all other Career Services.
