South Australian College of English Scholarship for the Cambridge CERTIFICATE IN TEACHING ENGLISH TO ADULTS (Cambridge ESOL – CELTA)
The South Australian College of English has been conducting the University of Cambridge CELTA, CERTIFICATE IN TEACHING ENGLISH TO ADULTS since 1992 and our graduates have been successful in gaining teaching jobs in Asia, Europe, South America and the Middle East.
The South Australian College of English is offering a CELTA scholarship for the college’s next CERTIFICATE IN TEACHING ENGLISH TO ADULTS to be held from 25th November to 20th December 2013. Interested students are required to submit a written form explaining their interest in this course and a completed CELTA application form .
The deadline for applications for the South Australian College of English Cambridge CELTA Scholarship is 18th October 2013.
The University of Cambridge Certificate in Teaching English to Adults (CELTA) is one of the best recognised TESOL certificates internationally and meets the national Australian requirements of employment in nationally accredited English language colleges in Australia. This course attracts many graduates who are interested to work and travel or who are considering working in this area.
The South Australian College of English conducts four week Cambridge certificate courses in Teaching English to Adults as well as online courses (which have a practical component). These courses, approved by the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, lead to the international Certificate in Teaching English to Adults (CELTA), issued by the University of Cambridge. The Certificate is recognised in Australia and overseas and is a valuable passport to obtaining English language teaching positions in Asia, Europe, Middle East and South America as well as Australia.
The 2013 full time University of Cambridge CELTA Course will be held on the following dates:
25th November to 20th December 2013
6th January to 31st January 2014
The cost of the CELTA course is $3,100.00 (includes $200 Assessment fee)
