Grow Your Career Week is done and dusted for another year with this years event being bigger and better than ever before. With over 20 speakers, 30 events, plus hundreds of donuts given away, it was great to see so many engaged and career-confident students attending events across campus.

Many people go through life never achieving their full potential. They are afraid of failure, are unsure how to step up or lack the confidence they need. But what is confidence? How does it help us achieve? What happens when our lack of confidence holds us back, or when we are too confident?

During Grow Your Career Week 2018 students heard from design and stylist Silvana Patrick about how to 'Dress For The Job You Want'. This session covered how to utilise colour when dressing, what to wear for your body type and how to show your personality through your clothing.
